Welcome to Juice Vault. This website is owned and operated by Tacia Global Holdings LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or utilizing our services, you (the "User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Independent Decanter Disclaimer & Intellectual Property

Juice Vault is a wholly independent fragrance decanter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any fragrance designers, brand owners, or manufacturers featured on this website.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective original manufacturers. Juice Vault rebottles genuine, authentic fragrances into our own independent atomizers and packaging. The customer receives genuine liquid ("juice") repackaged by us, not a product in the manufacturer’s original retail packaging.

2. Purchases, Pricing, and Finality of Sales

  • Eligibility: By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

  • No Returns / All Sales Final: As outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, due to the hygienic and customized nature of hand-decanted fragrances, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once an order enters fulfillment, except in documented cases of transit damage or fulfillment errors.

3. Health, Safety, and Product Use Disclaimer

Fragrances contain complex aromatic compounds, alcohols, and oils that may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

  • User Responsibility: You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing product ingredients (where available) and performing a small skin patch test before full application.

  • Disclaimer: Tacia Global Holdings LLC dba Juice Vault disclaims all liability for adverse physical or dermatological reactions resulting from the use or misuse of any fragrance decanted or sold through our platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tacia Global Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the website or products purchased.

In no event shall the Company's aggregate liability for all claims exceeding the total amount paid by you to the Company for the specific purchase order giving rise to the liability.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tacia Global Holdings LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boone County, Columbia, Missouri.
