Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the highly customized, hygienic, and perishable nature of fragrance decanting, Juice Vault operates on a strict No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Refunds policy. Once an order has been processed and shipped, the transaction is considered final.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns Fragrance decants involve the precise transfer of liquid from original manufacturer bottles into independent atomizers. To guarantee the authenticity, sterility, and safety of our inventory for all customers, we cannot accept returned liquids, as they cannot be verified or resold. We highly recommend purchasing our smallest sample size before committing to a larger decant.
Damaged or Incorrect Items We take immense care in bottling and securing your decants. However, if your order arrives severely damaged (e.g., completely leaked or broken bottle) or if you received an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours delivery at Support@juicevault.us.
To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, you must provide:

Clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and the item in question.
Verified claims for damaged or incorrect items will be remedied via a replacement shipment or store credit at the sole discretion of Juice Vault.
Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the fulfillment process. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
