1. Complete Business Discretion

Tacia Global Holdings LLC reserves the complete and absolute right, at its sole discretion, to control all aspects of order fulfillment, packaging methods, carrier selection, and shipping priorities. We reserve the right to delay processing, adjust shipping methods, or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, without liability, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Estimated Timeframes & Non-Binding Schedules

Because our luxury fragrances are carefully hand-decanted to order to preserve their purity and integrity, fulfillment is highly specialized.

  • Fulfillment & Processing Window: We anticipate that most orders will be processed, decanted, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed.

  • Transit & Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, carrier transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days depending on the shipping method selected and your geographic location.

  • Disclaimer of Guarantees: All timeframes, schedules, and delivery dates provided on our website, during checkout, or via confirmation emails are strictly approximations and non-binding estimates. Juice Vault does not guarantee delivery dates. Delays resulting from carrier bottlenecks, high seasonal volume, or ingredient sourcing issues shall not entitle the buyer to order cancellations or monetary refunds.

3. Transfer of Risk & Delivery Issues

  • FOB Shipping Point: All sales are made on a shipment contract basis. This means that the risk of loss and title for all items pass to you, the customer, the moment Tacia Global Holdings LLC hands your package over to the designated shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Carrier Liability: Juice Vault is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, you must initiate an inquiry or file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

4. Mandatory Ground Shipping & HAZMAT Disclosure

  • Flammability Warning: You acknowledge that the fragrance decants sold by Juice Vault are alcohol-based cosmetics and are legally classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids (UN 1266, Perfumery Products).

  • Surface-Only Transit: Because these liquids are highly flammable, federal hazardous materials (HAZMAT) regulations dictate that they cannot be shipped via air transport.

  • Delivery Constraints: All Juice Vault orders are shipped strictly via domestic ground transportation (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground). Express, overnight, or air shipping is legally unavailable.

  • International Shipping Restriction: Because international postal services rely on air transport, we do not ship alcohol-based decants internationally via standard carriers. Any international orders placed on our site are subject to immediate cancellation and refund at our sole discretion.

5. Force Majeure & Severe Delays

Juice Vault shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, severe weather, mail disruptions, supply chain failures, international customs inspections, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
